Women's Strength & Wellness Coach

Amanda Torres built Fierce & Free on a simple belief: women deserve programming designed for their bodies, their hormones, and their goals — not scaled-down versions of men's programs.

After years of coaching at big-box gyms and watching women get handed generic plans, Amanda went deep into women's physiology, hormone health, and strength science. Her approach blends evidence-based progressive overload with cycle syncing, stress management, and community support. Over 450 women have found their strength here.
